Each campus preserves the unique history of the University of Nebraska and offers unique collections that support the research needs of each campus and interests of the state of Nebraska. Our reading rooms are open to the public.
Calvin T. Ryan Library
UNK Archives holds significant primary and secondary materials that paint a picture of the Great Plains and settlement of the West.
Dr. C.C. and Mabel L. Criss Library
The University Libraries Archives and Special Collections produces, curates, and maintains the notable Willa Cather Archive.
McGoogan Library of Medicine
The Nebraska Collection preserves the history of the health sciences in the state and contains books, journals, and archival materials from the mid-19th to the late 20th centuries.
